The F3 titanium frame lock folder is a cornerstone design from Curtiss Custom Knives and delivers hard use cutting performance with rugged aesthetics. Dual slabs of blasted and tumbled titanium house the hollow ground CTS-XHP blade riding smooth on bearings at the S.P.O.T. system pivot for smooth, reliable operation. This slim non-flipper version comes with a two-tone Wharncliffe profile blade.

Blade: The modified Wharncliffe blade comes with a slicing hollow grind with some belly for utility and a strong tip for piercing and detail work. The bearing pivot allows for smooth operation of the two-tone XHP blade via the dual milled pockets on the bright stonewashed flats. A compact choil and deep jimping provides solid control for safe use.
Handle: Dual slabs of blasted and tumbled titanium joined by a jimped partial back spacer form the handle with chamfered edges for comfort. This slim variant has slightly thinner slabs reducing the weight along with internal milling. The integral frame lock is smooth, solid, and secure. Includes zipper pouch, patch, sticker, and signed certificate of authenticity.
Carries via a right-hand titanium pocket clip.
S.P.O.T. Pivot System: Custom pivot hardware directly integrates an internal stop pin and lock bar over travel stop.
CTS-XHP: An ultra-high-carbon steel that was developed to combine the corrosion resistance of 440C and hardness of D2. It offers good hardness with toughness-edge retention balance, both being better than S35VN with easier sharpening. Corrosion resistance is closer to 3V than 440C, making it more of a semi-stainless.

- S.P.O.T. pivot system. Stop pin over travel. This pivot is locked into place with the stop pin on the lock side to prevent rotation and provides lock bar over travel protection.

What are your shipping policies and how fast will my order arrive?
North River Outdoors offers free shipping for purchases of $99 and over within the United States (some oversized items may incur charges). We strive to ship in-stock orders within 24-48 hours, often the same day if placed before 5 PM Eastern Time. Standard free shipping typically arrives via UPS or USPS within 3-6 business days. We currently ship to the USA at this time. You can track your order status by logging into "My Account" on our website.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy for unopened and unused items, for a 100% refund. Items must be returned in the same (or similar) condition in which they were received. Opened, used, or damaged products, or those not following our return policy, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns in non-sellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer any services like knife sharpening or gear repair?
Yes! We offer a range of services at our Virginia store, including knife sharpening, axe sharpening and rehandling, knife/axe cleaning and conditioning, and waxed canvas bag/pack waxing and conditioning. We also provide laser engraving. Drop-off for services is available Monday-Saturday, with a typical turnaround of 1-2 business days.
